Basque dancing, specifically “aurreskua” and the history of the dance ( what different types of “aurreskua” are, where came from… ).
- Justification of the project
We have thought about this project because during our life all of us have seen in different events how is the “aurresku” danced but none of us never have had the idea to start learning it. Because of that, we have thought that this module can be the moment to start in it.

- To learn different datas about the dance ( be able to distinguish between Guipuzcoa’s and Araba’s aurresku, to know where cames frome…

- Actions / Tasks and decisions
At first, we chose to learn about Basque food but after a lot of time speaking about the topic we decided that we are going to change because we didn't see possible to work in that. After some time speaking about what topic we can learn, we thought in a dance; “ aurreskua ”. At that moment, we thougth that all of us known what type of dance was and in which different events should be danced.. Even so, none of us know how to dance or which history has. Becsause of that, we think that these module can be the moment to learn that all things. One decides all that, we started deciding which are going to be de actions we are going to do and the different tasks and decisions we are going to take.

- Strategies and Resources
We will divide our project in different steps. We will make a planning and divide the project and for that we are going to use a calendar. There, we will put when and what we will do in different days. Then, we will follow this timeline in order to achieve our final aim. For that we will use different resources to help to achieve some individual or collective objectives, on the one hand we will have a friend, Mikele, who is going to learn the dance to all the members of the group, and in the other hand, to find information about the history we will use the internet, different books, articles and youtube to find videos.
- Verification / Evaluation
Filming the first step with Mikele, and in the learning progress individually we film ourselve trying to dance the “aurresku”.That way it will be clear if we have been able to achieve the objectives set at the beginning of the project.We will also write a diary to accredit what each one learns.To have a more concrete view of what we did we are also going to do a self and an etereo evaluation and for that we will use a rubric. There, we are writing all the steps we will do, the things we will do correctly, badly, the different things we will learn...
- Responsibilities of the members
In our team, we all have the same responsabilities, so we decide that in this contract it would be more appropiate to create the same rules and conditions.

In addition, we will work taking into account our abilities
- Forms of communication
We will use the email, docs, blog, face to face meeting, … We will contact with the teacher via email and face to face as far as possible. And to contact with Mikele, at first we do face to face, and then to be tested we will do it by email and whatsapp.
- Emergencies / contingencies
If someone is unresponsive the rest of the group will advise him/her that his/her attitude is not being the correct one and we will try to resolve the situation between all. If that happens more than once, we will take him/her out of this project. In the case that we have any problem with the resources we will try to find the solution with some other resources (by internet, meeting other people...).
